St. Matthias United Methodist Church

United Methodist Men (UMM)

The St. Matthias United Methodist Men have two main missions:

-- to help the local UMC in as many ways as possible
-- to aid individual men in their spiritual development

Thus, the UMM sponsor a Cub Scout pack at the church, award scholarships to a graduating senior high youth, conduct family movie nights and snacks in the social hall during vacations period, clean up and repair UMC facilities, host numerous meals.

Spiritual growth is encouraged through retreats (both state and district), participation in men's Bible classes, and presentations at our monthly breakfast meetings every third Sunday of the month at 7:30 a.m. All men and older male youth are cordially invited.
